Les Jardins d’ Épicure in Paris is a romantic hotel and gourmet restaurant in the French vexin. Under a huge glass roof, in what used to be the castle’s swimming pool, a gastronomic restaurant has been installed in a green bubble. The wonderful view on the surrounding gardens was pulled inside by means of an enormous green roof and several preserved green walls. The idea of the concept is to create a relaxing experience and comfortable feeling in the middle of nature.
