| A smart Plant Wall, not only beautiful! KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm made a wise decision and invested in a good environment for their students. This Active Plant Wall system cleans and purifies the indoor environment much faster and more efficient than a regular passive plant wall. The air in the building is pulled through the vegetation and the root zone. VOC’s, airborne dust and micro particles and CO2 are reduced in the most natural and effective way. This system also has the highest noise absorption class according to ISO 354 and ISO 11654. The Active Plant Wall is 14 m high and 3 m wide. With this very smart centred location it’s both beautiful and efficient. |
